After you make a booking through our online reservation system we will need to authenticate the Credit Card used for the reservation. Please, send us the 3 digit number in the back of your Card after making the Reservation.
* This terms are shown on the booking engine as part of the Terms and Conditions.
** Our system will eliminate your Card details after your arrival to the Hostel.
*** We are really sorry for this trouble. If we can't validate the Card within the next 3 days our system will give priority to other bookings and your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

We have an always accommodating policy which means that, if you encounter any inconveniences while travelling or for any reason you are not able to confirm your booking and still decide to come to Misti Chill, we will do our best to accommodate you in our place, or if we are full, we will try to find a good alternative for you.
We know what backpacking is like and how it is sometimes difficult to confirm a booking; we want you to have the peace of mind that you will have a place to sleep, no matter when, or at what time you arrive!.
